SOME EXERCISES FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTS :)

If you are concerned about your health because you are spending too much time on social media sites like Facebook and Digg, here’s an exercise plan that may keep you fit.

Every time you want to check Facebook or Flickr, just do the exercise associated with that site (like for Facebook, jog in place for about a minute) and then reward yourself by going to that website.
